Mr Recycle undertakes to:
Collect acceptable materials, as per supplied lists and in the prescribed format on the agreed/designated evenings from paid up PlanetGUARDIANS.
We do however reserve the right to arrange
for collection on alternative evenings as circumstances may dictate. Health/Legal
requirements: The client/PlanetGUARDIAN shall be responsible for the management of his or her
material placement for collection, on correct evening and before the stipulated time.
This shall be conducted in a hygienic manner and which shall comply with any
municipal or local authority regulations governing waste disposal and
collection. Mr Recycle similarly undertakes to comply with such
regulations upon collection of the materials from the client/PlanetGUARDIAN. Collection requirements:
off site collections:- The prescribed materials are to be outside by 7pm, in knotted plastic bags placed on top of flattened and bundled cardboard.
- Collections will take place during the course of the evening.
Commercial/on site collections - All materials are to be brought to one, easily accessible, secure place for collection
- All bags are to be sealed & cardboard flattened/bundled prior to collection. Clear bags are to be used so as to ensure no food waste etc is inadvertently added to the recycling.
- Collection will be made during the course of the evening, but no time can be set for collection.
- No collections can be made without proof of payment first being received, using the address as reference.
- If the contract period has expired and payment for the next contract period delayed, monthly service fees for that service grade are applicable, until such time as the participation rates are received.
- If the service may no longer be provided because of the application of the by-law accompanying the roll out of the City ratepayer sponsored free" service, the service is withdrawn.
- Cancellations require a minimum of 20 working days written notice, and will be subject to a 10% management fee and a 10% cancellation fee.
Binding conditions and amendment- Mr Recycle shall not be bound by
any warranties or representations made to the client/PlanetGUARDIAN unless they have been
made in writing or are published electronically on its website or
communicated by e-mail.
- Upon subscribing to the
service, the client/PlanetGUARDIAN shall be bound by the above terms and conditions and
by any regulations and conditions published on the Mr Recycle website
from time to time.
Mr Recycle shall be entitled to amend these terms and
conditions from time to time without prior notice to the client/PlanetGUARDIAN. |
